Lateral steps with shot movement

Ejercicio de movilidad con paso lateral y lanzamiento de pelota de tenis
El jugador se posiciona detrás del cono inicial y comienza a con desplazamientos lateral hacia el cono opuesto. La velocidad de desplazamiento se puede incrementar dependiendo del movimiento que se quiere realizar así como la distancia entre conos. Cuando el jugador llega al cono opuesto recibe una pelota la que debe tomar con ambas manos y realizar el golpe a entrenar en todas sus fases. La finalidad de este ejercicio es el trabajo de coordinación de piernas y el movimiento del golpe ....
